Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
GrantTrackr is an invite-only software service provided to client organizations under a service agreement. By signing in you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization that invited you.
Use of the service
Access is personal to invited users. Don't share credentials, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. Your organization's administrators control who has access and what role they hold.
Your content
Content your organization adds remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying that content to your organization, including processing by the AI features described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
Fit scores, briefs, and drafted profiles are AI-assisted starting points, not professional advice. Review them before relying on them — funding decisions are yours.
Third-party data
The funder and grant database is compiled from public and openly licensed records (IRS filings, USAspending, the Canada Revenue Agency, grantmakers publishing to the 360Giving and IATI standards) under the licences listed on our Data Sources & Licences page. Records are reproduced as filed by their sources and may contain errors or omissions; amounts filed in other currencies are converted to US dollars at reference rates and are indicative only. You may use the data within the service for your organization's fundraising and research; you may not extract it in bulk for redistribution.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated to your organization's administrator.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
